NEGS Announces $230,000 Order for Ozone Laundry System

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. — National Energy Services Co. Inc. (NEGS) has announced new orders for its Ozone Laundry System (OLS) totaling approximately $230,000.

Golden Living, a repeat NEGS customer and operator of more than 350 skilled nursing facilities in the United States, has ordered 12 additional OLS installations. Golden Living participated in NEGS' initial OLS case studies, and with this new order, nearly half of all Golden Living facilities will have the OLS installed.

Alliance Laundry Holdings Reports 2nd Quarter Growth

RIPON, Wis. — Alliance Laundry Holdings LLC has announced results for its second quarter, which ended June 30, 2008.

Net revenues for the quarter increased $5.5 million, or 4.7%, to $122.4 million from $116.9 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. The company’s net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2008, was $4.4 million compared to $2.7 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for the quarter ended June 30, 2008, increased $2.7 million to $20.5 million from $17.8 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
